Follow signs to Southport
Take 2nd exit at roundabout (Plough Hotel)
Go Straight on traffic lights at cross roads
Take 3rd exit roundabout (keep park on left)
Go straight on at traffic lights
Go right (3rd exit) at roundabout into Leicester Street
Waterford Hotel 4th block on the right
