Q. When is the closing date for applications?
A. The closing date for applications is Friday 8th August, although you are advised to confirm as soon as possible as spaces tend to book up quickly.
Q. When will I find out about my stand location?
A. Site plans will be sent to all exhibitors approx. 2 weeks prior to the event.
Q. Do I have to be there on both days?
A. Yes, only two day bookings will be accepted.
Q. What is the minimum trade stand price?
A. There is a minimum booking fee of £300 giving a trade space of 5m x 5m.
Q. Can I park my vehicle behind my stall?
A. Exhibitor car parking will be in close proximity to your trade stand unless agreed in advance with the organisers.
Q. Do I leave my stall overnight?
A. There will be 24 hour security over night however, we recommend that anything of value is removed. The organisers will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of goods from the event site
