Volare is the latest Italian restaurant to open in Southport. Their idea is to offer authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed and simple atmosphere. Hosts Onofrio and Cinzia have moved from Sicily and have extensive experience in catering. Onofrio has been working in restaurants all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment. Cinzia is originally from Puglia and has managed holiday farms, where she learnt all the aspects of running a kitchen day-to-day as well as front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone cooks and is learning the family trade. Jason is a talented chef who is keen to ensure customers leave truly satisfied.
