Grants

The Sefton’s Natural Coast Landscape Partnership Scheme is keen to encourage active community participation. With this in mind, a community grant fund is available for local community groups to promote and raise awareness of our coastal heritage and landscape.

Community groups can apply for upto £1,000 to run events and activities linked to coastal heritage past, present and future; on the coast, at school, in the workplace and at home. We are looking for innovative, vibrant and inclusive projects celebrating the heritage and landscape. Examples may include community performances, local history projects, lectures, exhibitions or other community events, so long as the emphasis is on active community participation and the coast.
