Cloisters Dining Rooms, adjacent to the Scarisbrick Hotel, is housed in what were the Hotel's original stables. The Scarisbrick was developed as a true coaching inn in the latter part of the 19th century. The chef has taken great care to develop food that is prepared freshly each day ensuring quality and flavour. The cooking of the dishes is designed to be healthy and light, reducing fat content and offering subtle flavours. The main focus on the menu is chargrilled food cooked over hot coals. This creates a unique taste and allows the dish to adopt new aromas and distinct flavours.
