Twice Michelin-Starred chef, 2007 AA Chef of the Year, and star of 'Great British Menu' and Master Chef, Michael Caines is one of Britain's most acclaimed chefs. We are delighted to welcome him to the town as he officially opens the Southport Food and Drink Festival, AND lets us into some of the secrets that have earned him his reputation . . . and stars!

Michael gained his credits at Gidleigh Park and now owns a string of restaurants under his own name,and established brand,'Michael Caines Restaurants'.

Michael has recently made his North West debut with the brand new Abode Manchester Hotel, just opened in Piccadilly. Whether you're after the highest quality mid-shop lunch, or an à la carte fine dining experience created by the man himself, the Michael Caines experience is now only a stones throw away!
