This local Lancastrian Celebrity Chef uses local produce to create 'The Formby Asparagus & Avocado Wrap' and a 'Summer Formby Asparagus & Scarisbrick Beetroot Soup'.

*Lunch 12pm - Core
Enjoy the creations of a series of delicious tapas dishes
by local Cocktail and Tapas Bar, Core.

*1pm - Lounge Inn
Sit back and watch as the secrets behind fantastic Italian cuisine are revealed, before your very eyes.

*2pm - The Dining Rooms
The executive chef will be demonstrating one of the restaurants signature dishes.

*Afternoon Tea 3pm - CH Latham Bakery
Emma of Latham Cake Studio brings the art of cake design to life, by showing you how to decorate a wedding cake.


*Festival Highlight - Look out for our exclusive demonstration by Southport's Most Professional Chef - as awarded by the Southport Ambassador awards on 14th May.
