This large park is home to the Southport Flower Show but is also worth experiencing the rest of the year. It has lawn areas for ball games and picnics, as well as a substantial children's play area and a miniture steam train which runs on weekends. The inappropriately named Rotton Row, a lenghty street running adjacent to the park, is believed to be the longest herbaceous border in the UK.
