Southport has always been committed to providing a warm welcome to both business and leisure visitors. We offer a wide range of information designed specifically for delegates attending conferences in the resort to help them make the most of their stay while not in conference.
Our handy online system enables delegates to select from a range of accommodation within the town who are offering special rates for your conference. Ask your conference organiser for your event’s unique code, click on the link above, enter the code and choose from the selection shown.
Delegate News aims to provide delegates coming to Southport with a useful and interesting read about the resort ahead of or during their visit. Many delegates also use Delegate News to help them plan a relaxing day visit or short break back to the resort.

Every delegate is eligible to receive exclusive offers and information, designed and collated specifically to introduce the first-time visitor to Southport and help them make best use of their free time while in the resort.
It’s important to keep active and the official government recommendation is 2 hours 30 minutes of exercise a week. To assist delegates to achieve this while they are away at conference, Southport Conferences has produced this handy electronic guide containing links to short coastal walks, details of local gyms, swimming pools and sports clubs and local golf clubs.
