STBN Alliance Group

The Southport Tourism Business Network (STBN) is a partnership between more than 100 tourism related businesses and Sefton Council’s Tourism Department.

The partnership manages sales and marketing activity to generate visitors to Southport for the benefit of the destination and its businesses.

The STBN has a number of themed action groups working to attract visitors. These groups are based around the key reasons to visit the town – events, golf, shopping and general beach / coast leisure breaks.

There is also the business tourism group which actively promotes Southport as a conference destination to conference organisers and agents.

Members secure commercial benefits from contributing to and being members of the STBN. These include additional exposure on the visitsouthport.com website, offers and articles in the e-newsletter, discounts for visitor Guide advertisements, inclusion in journalist’s features and many more benefits.
