A beautiful example of a newly renovated victorian building. Ashley Place does not conform with your standard victorian house and instead delivers a very unique feel from the moment you enter the building.

Southport has over 22 miles of coastline and is one of the oldest piers in the UK. The pier, along with the fun fair, Ferris wheel, bowling, cinema, theatre, laser quest, and restaurants are all 1 mile away. Southport is also famous for its world-class golf courses, including the Royal Birkdale Golf Club.

Shoppers will enjoy Southport’s famous Lord Street, which, apart from having lots of great shops, also has plenty of nice bars, cafés, and restaurants. As soon as you enter through the front door, you will be immersed in luxury. First off is the cloakroom with plenty of hooks and space to store footwear after a day out at the beach.

The lounge has a Smart TV surrounded by comfortable seating for everyone. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, where you will spend your mornings and evenings at the dining table and breakfast bar. Through the kitchen is the sauna area where you can look forward to relaxing after a long day, and there is also a useful ground floor WC here.

Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite WC, and one twin room, which is accessed via the first double bedroom. Completing this floor is the bathroom.

On the second floor is a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and a shower room. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs to enjoy a night in bed with a good movie, and the bunk room has an Xbox for the kids. Heading outside, the enclosed area with decking is a brilliant space to enjoy some drinks and al fresco dining. There is a hot tub to sink into and enjoy some downtime with your family or friends.
