This renovated Victorian warehouse is in the heart of Southport, just touching distance from both the beach and the town centre.
There are three apartments, sleeping up to 5 people, which can be booked individually. Alternatively the whole building can be booked out for a group of 14.
Working with local architects, Grey Rose Developments, we renovated the disused warehouse in 2020, and retained many of the original century-old features, including floorboards, brickwork, beams and cast iron pillars.
Within the apartments, the retro arcade machines and climbing nets add a sense of fun. We provide a welcome basket, Nespresso coffee machine, bathroom toiletries and all towels and linen.
These are self-catered apartments, designed for guests who want a little more from their accommodation. We have created a luxury bolt-hole in the heart of our Victorian town, and look forward to hosting you.
