Southport is also famous for its world-class golf courses, including the Royal Birkdale Golf Club. Shoppers will enjoy Southport’s famous Lord Street, which, apart from having lots of great shops, also has plenty of nice bars, cafés, and restaurants.

As soon as you enter through the front door you will be immersed in luxury. The lounge has a superb feature fireplace with the original brick chimney and a Smart TV surrounded by comfy seating for everyone. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, which is where you will spend all your days as it has all you need, with a dining table and chairs for your feasts in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with a range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms and one bunk room. The main bathroom completes this floor, with a bath, separate shower and WC, and an additional separate WC.
