We are a family run guest house  with a passion to please, offering a variety of tastefully decorated rooms in this Victorian 4 star accommodation situated a hop skip and jump away from the scenic Promenade overlooking Marine Lake or the picturesque Lord Street shopping boulevard.
Offering 7 letting rooms with either en- suite or own private bathroom spread across the upper two floors of the house – and each has been designed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Start the day with a delicious hearty English breakfast or if you prefer something a little more continental tasty freshly prepared dishes are available to satisfy your dietary requirements.
If you wish to dine out there are a selection of excellent restaurants with a delicious diversity of cuisines on our doorstep or freshly prepared evening meals are available in our dining room should you choose to book in advance.
The Adelphi Guest House is an ideal choice for either the leisure or business traveller whether you need to relax or prefer to venture out and sample any of the numerous amenities on your doorstep.
Special occasions may require a little something extra in your room on arrival or during you stay and we will be happy to arrange any wishes within our capabilities to ensure your celebration is a memorable one.
Each room is equipped with an alarm clock, hairdryer, freeview TV and hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities, there is also free Wi-fi for guests’ convenience.
The rooms are thermostatically controlled and can be manually adjusted to suit personal preference. 
We are happy to provide ironing facilities on request.
