If the kids are back to school and you are now looking for things to do at weekends, the Southport Air Show could be exactly what you're looking for.

Next weekend, 15 - 17 September, the Southport Air Show launches with the brand new Friday Night Launch. Flying starts approximately 18:30 and with pyros on planes, LED lights, the afterburn of the Typhoon against the dusk sky and a grand firework finale - you can gaurantee this night will be special. Tickets are only £7 and can be purchased on the day or online.

Over the Saturday and Sunday there is an entire day of activities to keep the little ones enteertained. Arrive for 9am and enjoy all of the attractions on the beach which include bungee trampolies, mini tanks, full size tanks and military vehicles. Plus enjoy the real life tranches where actors will be dressed up and have plenty of props with them to show you.

The Air Show Village has a brand new military area which includes a diving tank and a marine demonstrating what they do. There are traders and food stalls, assault courses and down the promenade the the RAF, Armed Forces and Royal Marines are on hand to chat to visitors and you can experience the next best thing in a simulator.

Once the flying starts enjoy fast jets, historical aircraft and aerobatics and back for 2017 is the infamous BEACH EXPLOSIONS!

It's a full day of entertainment for the whole family...make memories at the Southport Air Show next weekend!
