The Southport Theatre and Convention Centre is one of the largest conference venues on Merseyside and is conveniently located on Southport's elegant Promenade.

Its versatile facilities include the spacious Theatre auditorium which seats up to 1631, is fully accessible and seating can be reduced to 250 - 700 where necessary. Adjacent to the Theatre auditorium is the magnificent Floral Hall. Restored to its elegant 1930's splendour this is a multi-function venue that at almost 1000sqm can cater for 1,200 people for a reception, capably accommodate exhibitions, gala dinners, poster displays etc. Complimenting these conference rooms is a range of syndicate rooms (all fully air conditioned) seating from 10 - 150 and large Foyer suitable for delegate registration, exhibitions and drinks receptions.

The Convention Centre boasts direct access to the stage for uploading, Sennheiser infra red hearing loop, Dolby Surround Sound and a team of experienced and professional catering, technical, sales and operational staff dedicated to providing the 'Extra Mile Service' that makes every event success.

The Convention Centre is currently being extended to provide an additional 1000sqm of flexible space and a 133 bedroom 4-star Ramada Plaza hotel. The first phase of the redevelopment is already completed and the venue was relaunched in Spring 2008.
