The Southport Theatre and Convention Centre is one of the largest conference venues on Merseyside and is conveniently located on Southport's elegant Promenade.
Its versatile facilities include the spacious Theatre auditorium which seats up to 1631, is fully accessible and seating can be reduced to 250 - 700 where necessary. Adjacent to the Theatre auditorium is the magnificent Floral Hall. Restored to its elegant 1930's splendour this is a multi-function venue that at almost 1000sqm can cater for 1,200 people for a reception, capably accommodate exhibitions, gala dinners, poster displays etc.
Complimenting these conference rooms is a range of syndicate rooms (all fully air conditioned) seating from 10 - 150 and large Foyer suitable for delegate registration, exhibitions and drinks receptions. As part of a £40 million extension and development programme, the venue has the added benefit of the brand new Waterfront Suite - a multi-function space that can be sub-divided into up to six self-contained suites. The venue boasts a link through to the newly built Ramada Plaza Hotel immediately adjacent.
The Convention Centre boasts direct access to the stage for uploading, Sennheiser infra red hearing loop, Dolby Surround Sound and a team of experienced and professional catering, technical, sales and operational staff dedicated to providing the 'Extra Mile Service' that makes every event success.
