To celebrate Lightport in Southport from 14–16 February, Visit Southport has proudly collaborated with the Southport Learning Partnership to create a spectacular Rainbow Stained Glass Art Trail across the town.

Pupils from schools throughout Southport have designed and created a stunning collection of rainbow-inspired stained glass artwork, now proudly displayed in the windows of local businesses. The trail brings colour, creativity, and community spirit to our town centre during this spectacular weekend celebration.

This wonderful project would not have been possible without the enthusiasm of Nick Sheeran, Head of Birkdale Primary School, and Jennie Sephton, Head of Farnborough Road School, who worked passionately to coordinate schools across the Southport Learning Partnership.

A massive thank you also goes to every pupil involved! Your creativity has truly helped bring Lightport to life, and we have loved seeing your artwork shining brightly in windows throughout Southport.
