Win a Championship Golf Four Ball
This prize promotion ("Promotion") is organised and administered by Tanglewood Destination Consulting & Vivid Everywhere on behalf of Visit Southport ("the Promoter").
By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of the Promoter, the administering agency, participating golf clubs, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require proof of identity and age.
Promotional Period
The Promotion opens on 11th July and closes on 19th July.
Entries submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all 5 of the official ‘Golden Golf Ball’ check-ins during the Promotional Period.
The activation may include content capture, QR code interaction, submission of contact details or any other entry mechanic communicated by promotional material.
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
Prize
The Promotion offers entrants the opportunity to win one Four Ball Golf Experience at Royal Birkdale Golf Club.
- Prize subject to course availability and Royal Birkdale booking conditions.
- Travel, accommodation, food and drink and any incidental expenses are not included.
The prize is for the prize winner and 3 guests of their choosing.
Prizes:
- have no cash value;
- are non-transferable;
- are non-refundable;
- cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
Bookings remain subject to Royal Birkdale’s availability and their booking policies.
Winner Selection
Eligible winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place within 14 days of the Promotion closing.
The Promoter's decision is final.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied when entering.
- Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of notification
- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name, surname initial and county of residence may be used by the Promoter for winner announcement purposes where legally required.
Where photography or video content is captured during the activation, participants may be asked to provide separate consent for promotional use.
Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion unless participants have separately opted in to receive future marketing communications.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- lost, delayed or incomplete entries;
- technical failures affecting entry;
- events beyond its reasonable control preventing the Promotion from operating as intended.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Amendment or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Any material changes will be communicated via the Promoter's official channels.
General
Full competition terms and conditions apply and are available via the QR code. Prize subject to Royal Birkdale Golf Club booking conditions, visitor regulations and codes of conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
