Ticket Information

Book early to get the cheapest tickets!

• Early Bird Tickets - until midnight on 18th March 2022
• Advance Price Tickets - until midnight on 13th May 2022
• Full Price Tickets - available until 16:00 on Sunday 10th July 2022. Tickets will then be available on the gate (unless they have sold out prior to gates opening)

Please take the time to read important information about the tickets.

• General Admission - Children under the age of 16 are now completely FREE. Pier Access - Children under the age of 5 are FREE. All children must be accompanied by an adult and require a free ticket.
• Each ticket includes an admin fee of 7.5% in addition to the ticket price. This will be detailed at the checkout.
• Tickets will be emailed and can be scanned on your device or printed at home.
• Pier viewing tickets are valid for the date displayed on the ticket only. 
• General admission are valid for either Saturday or Sunday.
• Please note this is an outdoor event, dress accordingly.
• Parking is not included unless you have added it on at the checkout.
• Food and alcohol concessions are available on site.
• The event management reserve the right to cancel this event due to adverse weather or any other instance that may compromise public safety. Refunds will only be issued in accordance to our terms and conditions.
• Access to the Pier is restricted to Pier viewing tickets only. Access to Pier viewing is via the steps/ ramp adjacent to Premier Bowl.
• Tickets will then be available on the gate (unless they have sold out prior to gate opening).

Telephone - If you would like to purchase your tickets by phone please contact 0344 8000 410 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Please note that this is suject to a postal fee if you choose to have your tickets posted out to you.

In person - You can purchases tickets via the M&S Bank Arena Box Office in Liverpool – the box office is only open when there is an event is on at the Arena. It is open from midday on those days. Directions can be found here.
