Of all the National Days we celebrate as a nation, we don't think there is one more fitting for a seaside town as National Ice Cream Day! Surely this is what Southport is made for? We know from our experience there are a lot of flavours out there!

So we decided, let's count them, let's explore the creative ice cream parlours and see what's on offer. So off we went, walking the streets of Southport, at first we came across 54 flavours and were astonished but as we continued, much to our surprise we discovered there are nearly 100 different flavours (we didn't taste them all we need to add!).

So we think this needs shouting about - come and see our 82 flavours, come and experience a day by the beach, and choose your favourite flavour. Or maybe you can uncover more flavours?
