At KALASH … Divine Indian, right from a befitting Starter (Aperitif) through choices of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, curries, kebabs and stir-fries down to the piece de resistance, with its lingering sweet taste, we set the mood right and indulges you with an onslaught of lingering taste and a heady aroma.

Chef Uday Seth has joined to lead the experienced kitchen team. He is well equipped with the knowledge and art of balancing flavours and extracting natural colours from finest ingredients. He sticks to his Indian Heritage to make sure that each dish has its own natural ‘body and character’ by cooking a distinct ‘gravy’ for each dish on the menu. His chefs prepare special mix of whole spices and fresh herbs for different dishes by grinding them in-house.

The team a Kalash are determined to reeducate the British palette of the wonders of regional indian food, by creating a sensuous gastronomic symphony that will enable the Epicureans to embark on a tantalizing odyssey.
